OK, what you really want is for your six pack abs to show on the outside, and this is a more difficult process altogether, but the truth of the matter is that those abdominal muscles are already there, you just have to let them out. The major reason that those of us who do not have six pack abs are in that position is because are abdominal muscles are hidden underneath fat. This does not mean we are fat per se, however, no matter what some diet gurus will tell you. We are expected to carry some fat simply in order to survive from day to day.
The first step to six pack abs is to lose the fat in the right way.
